Agreement
By using ChecIt (the mobile app and checit.app) you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
The service
ChecIt helps you discover food places, deals, and AI-assisted recommendations. Place details may come from Google Places and similar sources. We are not affiliated with every restaurant shown.
Accounts
Provide accurate signup information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Where required by law, parents/guardians are responsible for minors.
Subscriptions
Paid plans (Chec+ / Chec Premium) bill through the app stores / the App Store or Google Play when enabled. Chec+ may include a 7-day free trial for new accounts or devices. Cancel via store settings. Refunds follow store and local law.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the agent, scrape the service, post illegal content, or bypass security or billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Health info
Chec Health tips, calories, and macros are informational — not medical advice.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee restaurant availability, prices, allergens, or AI accuracy.
